Hands That Heal physiotherapy clinic
What we did
I worked with Hands That Heal physiotherapy from 2016 to 2018. We started by creating a new PR strategy, followed by a new website and then regular social media and online content, and a monthly e-newsletter.
On my advice, they have now progressed to recruiting a permanent, full-time business development manager who also looks after their marketing activity, but I remain on-hand whenever my input is needed.
In their words
“What can I say, Tracy has become so much more than a PR consultant to my business, she is also a trusted adviser and friend who I know will give me sound advice when I need it – even if that means challenging my thoughts and ideas at times!
“Tracy helped get my business profile on track, with regular PR via a new website, social media and blogging – resulting in regular direct leads.
“The business has evolved beyond recognition since she first started working with us, though, with the opening of three additional clinics in South Cave, Cottingham and York.
“Given the amount of activity required to sustain this expansion, Tracy has guided me in sourcing in-house business development and marketing support, and continues to advise us on a more strategic level, in terms of maximising the potential of marketing to help us meet our ambitious business objectives.
“Tracy has helped me take my business strategy in new directions, as well as being a vital sounding board for me as a self-employed business woman.
“I would recommend Tracy to any business that is looking for a highly experienced and professional PR person who will take a no-holds-barred approach to giving them the right advice, at the right time,”
