White Rabbit Chocolatiers
What we did
White Rabbit Chocolatiers brought me in to help raise their profile at a time of change and development for their business. With Amy and Ed joining their mum, Master Chocolatier Sally Hawkes, to take the family business to the next level, and a new chocolate café just opened adjacent to their popular shop, they needed help spreading the word.
So, we built a strategy focused on building their reputation as an artisan business committed to offering a magical experience around chocolate, for the entire family – based on a content marketing strategy including a monthly e-newsletter, blogging, social media and media relations.
In their words
“Tracy was recommended to us by a number of our contacts. We had never invested in regular PR activity before but decided to go ahead after being impressed by the breadth of ideas she had to offer at our initial meeting.
“What we’ve achieved as a result of the strategy Tracy created with us, has exceeded all our expectations.
“We have had extensive coverage in our regional media, more visits to our website thanks to the engaging content Tracy has created for us, and more social media engagement across all our channels thanks to her support with everything from regular posts on Facebook, to YouTube videos. She also produces a regular monthly e-newsletter for us.
“As a result of all this activity, we’ve seen a significant uplift in online orders, and visitors to our shop, and our café has seen unprecedented levels of activity. There’s a real buzz about the place, the like of which we hadn’t seen before.
“Tracy really goes the extra mile for us, too, and makes us feel that she cares about our business as if it was her own. Nothing is too much trouble,”
